How to Attend Online

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. You can join audio via computer or phone. The webinar will also work on a tablet or smart phone. We recommend you join a little early to give a few minutes for the client software to install. There may be issues with older operating systems like, Windows XP or Vista, you’ll have to wrestle with that on your own or find an alternate platform.

If you need help registering or with issues you cannot resolve, please email, well prior to the meeting, to: webmaster@rochesterham.org, try not to do this the evening of the meeting. Try to arrive a little early to make sure you have everything installed and working.

You can test your system anytime by clicking on this link.

Pre-Meeting Free Fest (no free fest in Novemeber)

Part of being a Ham is sharing our "Goodies" with other Hams. Over the years we have all collected items we think we "need" to make our Ham Shack complete.

Guidelines so members know what the expectations are for bringing in items.

•  All items are free. No conditions.

•  No guarantees, as is, you get what you get.

•  All items must fit in a tote.

•  Limit one tote per member.

•  All totes must have the owner’s name/call sign on it.

•  Larger items, can just have a flyer on the table with contact info to arrange for pickup?

Any leftover items must be taken by the original owners.
