Click here to download your reservation form or call the Hotline number above for expedited service.

Exhibiting:

  • All spaces are located in the Gordon field house (Labeled "GOR" in grid 5-G on the campus map).
  • The field house has over 60,000 square feet of pristine, climate controlled arena floor space.
  • You can begin setting up on Friday between 6 and 10pm. The building will then be secured by Campus Safety. You can re-enter on Saturday morning at 7am. The doors open for general admission at 9am.
  • Commercial spaces are only reserved in advance.
  • All spaces include electricity (on request), one 8' table, two chairs, two admission passes, and free parking in the reserved vendor parking Lot U (Grid 7-F on the campus map).
  • Vehicles can access the loading / unloading bays via the Visitors Information Center (Labeled "WEL" in grid 5-F on the campus map) and following the designated route along "A. Leo Fox lane" to the east end of the field house.
  • If you setup on Saturday, with the indoor flea marketers, you can unload your wares onto an empty pallet which will be moved to your space by one of our stewards. Steward services will be provided by the Boy Scouts - please consider tipping the boys - all tips go to the scout troop.
  • Once unloaded, you will need to promptly move your vehicle to the reserved parking Lot U (Grid 7-F on the campus map) via "A. Leo Fox lane" and "Adele D. Clark Drive". (Note: Neither RIT or RaRa is responsible for un attended merchandise - so plan accordingly.)
  • After you empty the pallet, one of our stewards will pick it up.
  • All pallets must be off the exhibit floor by 8:45am. - Doors open for general admission at 9am.

Space assignment is your choice - subject to availability. Here is a floor plan of the arena - please specify your choice of spaces by row and space number. We will confirm your selection and mark them reserved when your payment is received.

Commercial space fee: $50.00 in advance.
(Additional tables can be rented for $10.00)

Overnight campers may stay in parking Lot N (Grid 3&4-F on the campus map). There are no facilities available, and campus buildings will not be open for restroom use until Saturday morning. All cooking must take place within your camper or motor home.
